TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. General These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products on the Nudeli website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. Nudeli is operated by Enora Carvalho, SIRET 98411400900017.
2. Products Nudeli makes every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate and up to date. In the event of an error, Nudeli reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.
3. Prices All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Nudeli reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of purchase.
4. Ordering By placing an order on nudeli.co.uk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Nudeli reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability or suspected fraud.
5. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
6. Shipping
- Standard shipping: Free — delivery within 5-7 business days
- Express shipping: £2.99 — delivery within 1-2 business days
- We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
7. Returns You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your order for a full refund, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- The original packaging is intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@nudeli.co.uk with your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as Nudeli cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
8. Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
9. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@nudeli.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. Nudeli will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
10. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at contact@nudeli.co.uk. After this window, the order may already have been dispatched and the standard returns policy will apply.
11. Intellectual Property All content on this website is the exclusive property of Nudeli and may not be reproduced without prior written authorisation.
12. Limitation of Liability Nudeli cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
13. Applicable Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable resolution before any legal proceedings. French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
