SHIPPING POLICY

Where do we ship? Nudeli currently ships within the United Kingdom only. We are working on expanding to Europe and internationally — stay tuned!

Standard Shipping — Free All orders qualify for free standard shipping, no minimum order required. Delivery within 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Express Shipping — £2.99 Need it sooner? Select express shipping at checkout for £2.99. Delivery within 1-2 business days after dispatch.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking your order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Incorrect address Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. Nudeli cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at contact@nudeli.co.uk with your order number and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs & Duties As we currently ship within the UK only, no customs fees apply.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering? If you need to change your address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@nudeli.co.uk After this window, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.
